Unite Center — Account Deletion

1. Delete in the app / 앱에서 직접 삭제 (권장)

You can delete your account and all associated data directly within the Unite Center app:

1. Open the app and tap the profile icon at the top-right of the header.
2. Go to My Page (마이페이지).
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap “회원 탈퇴 / Delete Account”.
4. Confirm through the 2-step confirmation prompt.
5. Your account is then permanently deleted from our server immediately.

앱 우측 상단 프로필 아이콘 → 마이페이지 → 맨 아래 “회원 탈퇴” → 2단계 확인 → 서버에서 즉시 영구 삭제됩니다.

2. Request by email / 이메일로 요청

If you can no longer access the app, you may request account deletion by email. We will process the request after verifying your identity.

앱에 접근할 수 없는 경우, 아래 이메일로 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 본인 확인 후 처리됩니다.

3. What is deleted / 삭제되는 데이터

Upon deletion, the following data is permanently removed immediately:

• Profile information — nickname, in-game nickname, in-game account code
• Game preferences — gold-badge (mastery) and most-played Pokémon selections
• Circle (community) membership and your role within circles
• Notifications and consent history (agreed terms/policy versions and timestamps)
• Your Kakao authentication link (the app stores no password)

탈퇴 시 프로필(닉네임·인게임 정보·계정 코드), 게임 선호(금장·모스트), 서클 소속·역할, 알림·동의 이력, 카카오 인증 연결이 즉시 영구 삭제됩니다.

4. What is retained, and for how long / 보관되는 데이터 및 기간

• Re-join prevention record (7 days): To prevent abusive repeated re-registration, we keep only a de-identified hash (SHA-256) of your account identifier together with the withdrawal timestamp for 7 days, after which it is automatically purged. We do not store any plaintext identifier (such as your email or Kakao ID), and this hash is never used for any purpose other than checking re-registration eligibility.
• Shared circle content: Content you wrote that was shared with other members (e.g. circle descriptions and notices) may be retained for a limited period for service operation and the protection of other members, or have author-identifying information removed (de-identified).

재가입 남용 방지를 위해 탈퇴자 식별자의 SHA-256 해시값과 탈퇴 일시만 7일간 보관 후 자동 삭제합니다. 평문 식별자(이메일·카카오 ID 등)는 저장하지 않습니다. 다른 회원에게 공유된 서클 글은 일정 기간 보관 후 삭제하거나 작성자 정보를 비식별화할 수 있습니다.
